What happens if a tote is damaged or lost?
Any amount captured from the deposit hold is limited to totes that are returned damaged or missing. The exact replacement policy will be included with your booking terms.
Are the totes cleaned between rentals?
Yes. Every tote is cleaned and inspected before it goes out again.
How far ahead should I book?
Submit your preferred date as soon as you know it. Your date is a request until it is confirmed.
What fits in a 27-gallon tote?
They work well for books, kitchenware, clothes, toys, pantry goods, and other household items. Pack heavy items thoughtfully—the larger size can get heavy when filled.
Can I get evening or weekend delivery?
Yes, you can request an evening or weekend window in the booking notes. Availability is confirmed after your request.
